Yes..here's come my first review of the cosmetics that i'm using:
Missha The Style Art Designing Sebum-Cut Pact
The colour that i'm using is No.2 / Clear Peach whereby it's almost translucent.
Like i say..it's almost not there..
And it's really not there..
The description behind the box:
I bought this when i was in Hong Kong in Aug 2012.
Didn't see if it can be found in SG.
Ingredients: Talc, Silica, PTFE, Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate, Dimethicone, Polyglyceryl - 2 Triisostearate, Triethoxycapry - Iylsilane, Methicone, Chlorphenesin, Ethylhexylglycerin, Caprylyl glycol, Tropolone, Castanea Crenata (Chestnut) Shell Powder, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Hydrolyzed Collagen, Arctostaphylos Uva Ursi Leaf Extract, Archillea Millefolium Extract, Dimethicone/Vinyl Dimethicone CrossPolymer, Fragrance
Texture: Powdery yet still light on my skin.
It's not as though you can feel 1 thick layer over your skin after putting liquid foundation/bb cream etc. which some loose powder has that feeling which i dislike given our humid and hot weather in SG.
Colour: It''s almost not there as you can see in my picture after spreading it.
Which means the powder won't affect the original colour of your face or the base makeup that you've put on.
On the other hand, if you hoping that this will cover flaw, Sorry, it's not gonna cover AT ALL.
This pact would be good to serve as loose powder for those after-exercise-ballet-dancer makeup look whereby you spread nature pink blush all over your skin to look as if you've done exercising and healthy.
You can see the how-to here: http://www.fashionising.com/beauty/b--how-to-blushing-ballerina-beauty-look-38653.html
(Just a side note: i subscribe to fashionsing as they gives latest trends and updates on the fashion runway ;)
Function: As it claims to have a sebum-cut effect, it does help a little as compared to other loose powder that i've used before. But you will still need to do touch up on the sebum part after 6-7 hours from the moment you have your full makeup on..I have a combination skin though..so i only touch up my forehead and nose area on the sebum shine.. Since its advice is to apply onto sebum area lightly and not use a oil blotting paper first, please wash your puff REGULARLY.
Overall: It's the 2nd best power pact on oil control that doesn't clog up your pores and have a thick layer that i've used before. Not cheap though.
Though they say there's fragrance added, i don't really smell anything at all - no good or bad smell totally..
My skin doesn't have any adverse effects like popping more pimples, white/black heads or milla seeds - do note i've got all these problems before and now..so my skin's rather sensitive.
I love bringing this around as it helps to give that fresh makeup finish look after absorbing all those sebum.
So try it out if your skin is like mine and has enough money to spare..LOL
Regards
J
